So, whether you need a weekend away from the kids, are visiting from out of town or have an event you want to attend, we have a place for you.
Providence Cottage is just off the beaten path by HWY 27 and is a little get-away just for you. Got your own camper, RV or Mini-Home? Feel free to park it for the weekend while you explore the cities of Havana, Quincy, and Tallahassee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RESERVATIONS
Reservation Requests are confirmed once payment is received. Confirmed Requests will only be cancelled if full payment has not been received at least 5 days prior to requested dates. Reservation Requests will be considered acceptance of house rules which are as follows (scroll to booking type):

Check-In: After 12PM || Checkout: 11PM || Self Check-in with lockbox
While the pond is open for use, the house at the back of the property is a private residence. For your safety, please do not enter the fenced area.
Do not climb the stages.
No smoking
No parties or events. County Ordinance: No Loud Noise After 10PM
Pets are allowed. Pets must be attended by Owner at all times.
Septic Safe Products in Toilets Please (found on packaging of product) Dispose of sanitary products in wastebasket provided. Septic in use.
There are many wild or feral animals (IE. racoons, cats, dogs, bears, deer, etc). Please do not disturb them and use caution while outdoors. Grant Services LLC and associates assumes no responsiblity for injuries incurred by stray or wild animals.
CCTV on premises for added security. None in cottage. Cottage has Security System.
If booking a stay, a $250 refundable damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is returned upon inspection of premises. If damage beyond normal use is found, deposit is forfeit and an itemized list will be sent in lieu of.
NOTE: We are available if an emergent need arises. Contact details will be provided on the morning of Check-in, along with codes to lock-box and alarm. Please ensure that we have an up-to-date contact in case of emergency.
RVs & Campers
Friday, Saturday, Sunday Only. Check-In: After 6PM || Checkout: 12PM
