A $500 Trash and Maintenance Deposit is included in the online pricing. Deposit can be refunded if host hauls own trash and there is no damage to property. Damages exceeding deposit amount will result in invoice to customer in lieu of deposit. If additional services are needed or desired (nights at the cottage, chairs, tables, bar, etc.) please use the quotes tab and we will put together a custom quote for the additions. Please note County Noise Ordinance Begins at 10PM. Must comply with Gadsden County Sheriff's Department Security Requirements for events continuing past 10PM.
