This is our complete wedding package so you can take some of the hassle off your shoulders when it comes to your wedding day. Price includes deposits, taxes and fees for a no hassle experience. Wedding Package: Providence Cottage for Events Plus One Night Stay 40x20 Climate-Controlled Party Port: 50 Chairs 4 Round Tables 2 Rectangular Tables Party Port Set-Up according to your design Dance Floor 15'x15' Dance Floor Set-Up/Breakdown according to your floorplan *Suggested Floorplans coming soon* Bartender Mini Stage: Stage 10' x 20' Lighting Set-up Audio Set-Up Sound Check Outdoor Kitchen: Wi-Fi Oven Refrigerator Deep Freeze 2 Industrial Prep Stations The Pit - Perfect for roasting or BBQs The Party Zone Outdoor Bathrooms Access Power and Water 8AM Access Package Discounts:  Tables and Chairs - $250 Overnight stay - $150 The Party Zone - $250 Package Discount **Time block includes time for set-up and break-down** 5F Farms is committed to a clean and safe environment. A $500 Trash and Maintenance Deposit is required and included in online pricing. Conditions below. Booking Deposit: 50% of invoice at time of booking .Complete Payment must be made 30 Days Prior to Event Date. Once booked a Representative will reach out within 48 Hrs. Payment Plans Available. If additional services are needed or desired (more nights at the cottage, chairs, tables, etc.) please let us know during our introductory call and we will put together a custom quote for the additions. Custom payment plans are available. Please note County Noise Ordinance Begins at 10PM. Must comply with Gadsden County Sheriff's Department Security Requirements for events continuing past 10PM. Party tent will be set up prior to start and torn down after the event by event center staff. Party tent can be climate controlled. Please let us know in advanced if this accommodation in needed. Wedding Decor Set-up and Clean-up is not included. Waste bins will be provided. Hosts can be refunded part or all of Trash & Maintenance deposit after event if hauling their own trash and no damage to property is found. Damages in excess of deposit will result in invoice to host for reparations.
