Booking a venue for your ideal wedding shouldn't be complicated and add stress to your already busy schedule. We offer a small wedding package for those who need a little more space for your creative endeavors. The Cottage has two rooms and two bathrooms that can be closed off from each other while the bride and groom get ready. The shared kitchen opens up to a large covered deck that the wedding party can use for decor and prep. The canopy of the big tree can be lit with fairy lights to give your wedding a gorgeous glow while the party tent can be set up to dance the night away. Take some of the hassle off your shoulders when it comes to your wedding day. Package pricing includes all fees, taxes, and deposits. Simple Wedding Package Providence Cottage for Events Plus One Night Stay 40x20 Climate-Controlled Party Port: 50 Chairs 4 Round Tables 2 Rectangular Tables Party Port Set-Up/Breakdown according to your design. The Party Zone: 8AM Access Parking Area Outdoor Bathrooms Access Power and Water Package Discounts:  Tables and Chairs - $250 Value Overnight stay - $150 Value The Party Zone $250 Package Discount For Weddings 60 Guests or Less. A $400 Trash & Maintenance Deposit included in online pricing.Booking Deposit: 50% of invoice. Full Payment must be made 30 Days Prior to Event Date. Once booked we will reach out within 48 Hrs. Payment Plans are Available. If additional services are needed or desired (Additional nights at the cottage, chairs, tables, Mini-stage access, bar package, climate control etc.) please let us know during our introductory call and we will put together a custom quote for the additions. Please note County Noise Ordinance Begins at 10PM. Must comply with Gadsden County Sheriff's Department Security Requirements for events continuing past 10PM. Party port will be set up prior to start and removed after the event by event center staff. Party port can be climate controlled. Please let us know in advanced if this accommodation in needed. Wedding Decor Set-up and Clean-up is not included. Waste bins will be provided. Hosts can be refunded part or all of Trash & Maintenance deposit after event if hauling their own trash and no damage to property is found. Damages in excess of deposit will result in invoice to host for reparations. Covid-19: We are dedicated to stopping the spread of contagions. The Cottage is completely bombed, cleaned, and sanitized between guests and parties.
