Large Stage Amenities: Stage 20' x 40' Lighting Set-up Audio Set-Up Sound Check Outdoor Kitchen: Wi-Fi Oven Refrigerator Deep Freeze 2 Industrial Prep Stations The Pit - Perfect for roasting or BBQs Facility Amenities: Outdoor Restrooms Free Parking Power Water 8AM Access Additions: Insurance* Security* Cottage *Historically, hosts can use own insurance and security to save on expenditures. Inquire under the Quotes tab. Pricing varies based on amenities selected. 5F Farms is committed to a clean and safe environment. A Trash and Maintenance Deposit is required. Partial or Full Deposit is refundable if hosts haul own trash and no damage to property is found. Complete Payment must be made 30 Days Prior to Event Date. Once inquiry is sent a representative will reach out within 48 Hrs. Payment Plans Available upon request. Please note County Noise Ordinance Begins at 10PM. Must comply with Gadsden County Sheriff's Department Security Requirements for large stage events.
