Pricing includes all taxes, fees, and deposits for a no hassle experience. Amenities: WiFi 2 – 42 in Smart TVs 2 Full Baths Private Entry Parking Near Cottage Fully equipped kitchen Washer/Dryer Access to Outdoor Restrooms Customization: At hosts request, furniture can be stored for meetings and classes at no extra charge. Tables and Chairs available. **Time block includes time for set-up and break-down** Must be informed of customization at least 3 days prior to event. Booking Deposit: 50% of invoice at time of booking. Technical Room 1 Max Occupancy Without Furniture: 16 Room 2 Max Occupancy Without Furniture: 8 Deck Max Occupancy: 23 5F Farms is committed to a clean and safe environment. A $250 Trash and Maintenance Deposit is included in the online pricing. Deposit can be refunded if host hauls own trash and there is no damage to property. Damages exceeding T&M deposit amount will result in invoice to customer in lieu of deposit. Covid-19: We are dedicated to stopping the spread of contagious diseases. The Cottage is completely bombed, cleaned, sanitized and left unoccupied for 48 to 72 Hrs between guests and parties.
